This is one of our favorite jokes:

A blonde, who is married to a sissy, asks her gynecologist:
"Why do I keep finding postage stamps from Costa Rica in my vagina?"

"Those aren't postage stamps," the doctor sighs,
"they're the stickers that come on bananas."
